Acne On Your Beautiful Breasts

Causes
1. Breast pimples are often the result of ingrown hairs on the chest. The hair on chest are often small and light colored, but when the pores get blocked, the hair follicle gets infected and results into bump or blemishes.

2. The most common cause of breast pimples is hormonal changes. It occurs especially in women associated with menstruation and pregnancy.

3. Certin drugs, including androgens and lithium cause acne. Experts suggest to switch to alternative drugs, if one develops acne after starting a drug for a treatment.

4. Excessive sweating and exposure to polluted air, dirt and grease are some of the other common causes of acne.

Prevent :
To prevent breast pimples, exfoliate your chest regularly with a gentle exfoliator.Use a toner that you use on your face to close the pores on the affected area. Avoid wearing sports bras as they flatten the breasts so much that it's impossible for moisture to evaporate. Wear bras that breathes and lifts your breasts.

As excessive sweating is one of the causes of breast pimples make sure to have a quick bath as soon as you can after getting sweaty, especially in hot summers. After a hot shower dry yourself thoroughly, to remove excess moisture. As the moisture collected can also cause acne to form.

Simple treatments
Mild cases of breast acne can quickly turn into more severe cases if they go untreated. Here are some simple home remedies that you can follow, however if the condition is worse, make sure to consult the doctor.
